Dr. Sarah Corey
Sarah Corey is a primary care provider who received her training from the Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine in Tempe, AZ. She was trained both in the science of modern medicine (the same science of medicine your MD practices) as well as advanced natural medicine, which emphasizes the importance of treating illness by identifying and eliminating the root cause of disease.
As an ex corporate consultant, Sarah understands the unique health challenges patients face in balancing their professional and personal lives. Motivated by her own journey to regain her health, Sarah takes special interest in helping men and women balance their hormones, eliminate digestive complaints, and reclaim the energy they haven’t felt since their 20’s.
Since completing her formal education, Sarah has pursued advanced training in functional endocrinology with particular interest in thyroid conditions, adrenal fatigue, and hormone imbalance. In addition, her practice focuses on the management and treatment of chronic diseases such as gastrointestinal disorders, fibromyalgia and autoimmune diseases. Sarah has also completed focused clinical internships in pediatric medicine and pain management.
Using her expertise in natural medicine along with advanced laboratory testing, Sarah provides highly effective and individualized solutions to her patients’ unique health challenges. Special emphasis during each visit is placed on education to help patients create lasting health transformations.
Sarah is passionate about advancing the practice of natural medicine. She routinely provides talks and workshops for local businesses, hosts’ online health webinars, and has been featured multiple times on The Doctor Holly Lucille Show, a popular weekly radio show on RadioMD.
Sarah current sits on the Board of Directors for the Institute for Natural Medicine, a 501c on a mission to transform healthcare in America by greater integration of the principles and practices of naturopathic medicine.
In her free time, Sarah can often be found enjoying yoga, playing with her dog Charlie, spending time with friends, connecting with other like-minded women, and nurturing her spiritual practices.
